Matson, Driscoll & Damico’s Dallas office was originally opened in 1966 as a regional office of our predecessor firm, Johnson, Atwater & Company.  During those early years, two of our firm’s founding partners, Norman Matson and Michael Driscoll, served as Managing Partner for the Dallas office.  In addition, current MD&D partners Dennis McBay (Dallas), Kent Bogdan (Dallas), Shannon Rusnak (Houston) and Brad Ryden (Philadelphia) all began their careers as staff accountants in Dallas.

Since the firm evolved into Matson, Driscoll & Damico in 1979, the Dallas office has continued to grow and diversify its practice areas and accounting services.  The office serves our insurance and legal clients who are involved in a wide range of retail, hospitality, service and manufacturing operations.  Examples of the Dallas office’s industry experience include cotton gins, petro-chemical refineries, hospitals, research & development facilities, the travel and leisure industry, as well as the production of steel products and manufacturing of silicon chips.

With an additional concentration on fraud investigations and business valuations, partners Dennis McBay, Kent Bogdan and associates in the Dallas office continue to provide quality forensic and investigative accounting services to their broad base of domestic and international clients.
 
MD&D encourages post-graduate education and professional development, and Dallas is proud to have eight Certified Public Accountants, licensed in Texas and Louisiana, as well as two MBA candidates on staff.

Additionally, six members of the Dallas team are bilingual; between these individuals they speak Spanish, Malayalam, Vietnamese and Mandarin.
