Kevin Flaherty to Serve on Faculty of Upcoming ABA/TIPS National Program

Kevin M. Flaherty, CPA, CVA and a Partner in Matson, Driscoll & Damico's Boston office, will be an instructor at an upcoming national program conducted by the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.

The program, which is titled "Emerging Issues in Motor Vehicle Products Liability Litigation," takes place March 29 and 30, 2007 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix.

Kevin's presentation will address the impact of forensics on the automotive products case. He is scheduled to speak at 8:40 am on Friday, March 30.
