Work Experience

Norman graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 2001 and began his career with Matson, Driscoll & Damico in the same year. He worked in the San Francisco office for over 5 years, progressing from staff accountant to senior staff accountant to supervisor. Norman relocated to the Singapore office in early 2007 to assist in the expansion of MD&D's Asia-Pacific operations. In early 2009, Norman relocated to open and manage the Hong Kong office. Norman is a CPA in the State of California.

Norman speaks Cantonese and has international experience in various countries, across diverse industries and has been involved in a wide range of assignments.

Norman has significant catastrophe experience having worked on assignments ensuing from the September 11 Incident, hurricanes Katrina, Wilma, Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne and the Asian Tsunami in 2004. In addition, Norman has been engaged to provide litigation support services in the US and Singapore.

Norman has conducted and presented seminars on business interruption and extra expense/increase cost of working to underwriters, loss adjusters, and lawyers.
