Work Experience

A graduate in economics with a postgraduate degree in finance and business, Raghu has been with Matson, Driscoll & Damico since October 2002.

Prior to joining MD&D, Raghu worked extensively in the energy industry, particularly in large-scale, project-financeddevelopment ofpower stations, pipelines and LNG regasificationprojects.

At MD&D, Raghu focuses on the power generation and utilities sectorboth in modern deregulated markets and in transitioning price-regulated regimes worldwide. In addition to several hundred previous engagements involving conventional thermal stations, Raghu is experienced in wind, biomass, solar thermal and other renewable generation technology. Raghu's involvement in these assignments has been in the forensic evaluation of losses of profit, delay in start-up, contingent business interruption, political risk and business valuation.

Raghu has also prepared expert reports for various international ADR tribunals on several occasions.
