The seminar, which is presented by DRI's Trial Tactics committee, will discuss techniques for defending, evaluating and limiting exposure from the "invisible injury." Injuries of this nature may or may not be related to the accident or incident, are exaggerated or extended from the original event, or are otherwise not quantifiable or discernable by objective means.
