Work Experience

Janis is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey and has the Certified in Financial Forensics credential. Her experience in forensic accounting began in 1985 after she graduated from Drexel University. She joined Matson, Driscoll & Damico in 2005.

Janis concentrates her per practice in business interruption and extra expense, loss of rents, physical damages, stock, fidelity, financial condition analyses and economic damages including personal injury and wrongful death cases. She has also provided expert witness testimony.

During her career, Janis has also presented seminars on accounting for commercial property losses including business interruption.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants along with the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Janis is also an associate member of the South Jersey Claims Association, Greater Philadelphia Claims Association and the Delaware Claims Association.
