Work Experience

Kevin started his career with Matson, Driscoll and Damico after graduating in May 1988 from Babson College. He quickly rose through the ranks and became partner in 2000. Kevin has worked on a variety of matters involving the evaluation and quantification of damages including lost profits, stock and contents, and fidelity losses resulting from insurance events, environmental contamination, sexual discrimination and business disputes. To further his background in business valuations and complex litigation Kevin became a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 1999.

Over the years, Kevin has worked files ranging in magnitude of $5K to in excess of $800 million.

In addition, to presenting at numerous seminars, Kevin is the partner in charge of training for Matson Driscoll & Damico and, as such, designs and conducts two firm-wide training sessions per year.
