Work Experience

Upon opening the Detroit office of Matson, Driscoll & Damico in 2000, Suzanne has been engaged in hundreds of assignments ranging in value from under $5000 to over $100 million. Her expertise centers on the evaluation and quantification of damages, including lost profits, extra expenses, stock and contents and fidelity losses.

Suzanne is also a specialist in evaluating the financial and operating records of individual disability claimants and the value of income losses due to disability. She has handled numerous matters dealing with economic damage claims that stem from personal injury, wrongful death and wrongful termination.

She has additional expertise in evaluating the financial condition of individuals and businesses that are suspected of a potential motive to commit arson.

She is a qualified expert witness in both Federal Court and the State of Michigan and has also been retained in cases to review and analyze transcripts, prepare inquiries for witnesses under oath and assist with all aspects of discovery, including the preparation of document responses.

Suzanne has provided seminars on various forensic accounting topics. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Society of CPAs, and is an associate member of the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is the Treasurer for the Michigan Chapter of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators.
