MD&D TO HOST ANNUAL ROUNDTABLE AT LLOYDS OF LONDON

On Thursday, the 9th of July 2009, Matson, Driscoll & Damico will once again host its Business Interruption Panel in The Old Library at Lloyds of London. This year’s Panel Discussions will center on the current economic climate’s impact on business interruption issues. Panellists are scheduled to debate the following:

  • "Consideration of increased costs of working beyond the maximum indemnity period" by Damian Glynn (Teceris) and David Way (Lockton International Group Services)
  • "Consideration of factors affecting the calculated sales loss" by Charles Gordon (DLA Piper UK LLP) and Alan Morton (Aon Limited)
  • "Use of non insured premises for loss mitigation" by Paul May (Concordia Consultancy Ltd) and Paul Wordley (Holman, Fenwick & Willan)
  • "Period of assessment for underinsurance" by Anthony Dempster (Herbert Smith) and Harry Roberts (Cunningham Lindsey UK Ltd)
  • "The impact of reduced maintenance expenditure" by Kerry Brown (Zelle, Hofmann, Voelbel, Mason LLP) and Alan Taylor (Xchanging Claims Services)
